Well, yesterday ended up being out to a restaurant for dinner instead of leftover jambalaya. So today is leftover jambalaya. I was inspired by talk of the winter solstice in the garden thread here on BYC and decided to make a yule log, which will be dessert tonight. (Cross posting photos)
