Tonight will be turkey thighs. We will likely roast them in the oven. Not sure what we will make with them.

Making part of pork but bought at Costco going to pull it so cook it till it screams burritos tonight

We went out to celebrate our anniversary. We started with stuffed mushrooms. The Princess had filet mignon and langostinos. I had lamb chops and stuffed shrimp. It was an excellent meal.

Stuffed pork chop, sweet corn, sweet/sour red cabbage and a salad will serve tonight.

The chicken is leftover from the other night.
