Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Going to bake an extra thick steak that I have marinated with balsamic vinaigrette and Rosemary, baked sweet potatoes and creamed spinach plus coleslaw.
Postponed until tomorrow. The Princess made banana bread earlier and we indulged. Supper was pizza.
 
We’ve had Masala Vindaloo for 3 nights in a row. First night was simmered pork ribs. It is bottled sauce you just pour over meat. Second and third nights I put sauce over browned chicken parts. Served with rice, salad and veggies. We both really enjoyed this sauce a lot, too bad I have no idea where I bought it! :gig
