[IMG] I'm with Sandee on this one. It most definitely counts!

Tonight - stuffed salmon, steamed green beans and zukes from the garden.

I got a big chunk of backlogged work done today, so maybe I'll get to come and play more. Hope so!

DH found a great deal on pork rib racks at vons! I slow cooked them with seasoning in the oven, then broiled them -neither of us felt like bbqing. They were great! We had corn and spaghetti with butter and parmesean. Unfortunately we were just about out of wine!!! Well it looks like we need to go to town today. Tonight is keilbasa someway, onion rings, vanilla ice cream with truffle candy pieces.

DGD tells me it's grandparents day today! I wonder what she is fixing us for breakfast??????, lunch????, is she making supper????

I must try those piles-chooks!! I have been on a nacho kick this week. I think it's all the stress! Who the heck wants to eat healthy when your stressed-you need comfort food!!!

Will update about little DGD in a couple of days-don't want to say to much right now.

    Happy sunday!

    [IMG] What fabulous news Monica!!!!!!!!

    I don't even remember what we've had lately. I'm still playing catch-up!

Dinner tonight was really good - Red Snapper poached in wine with garlic, diced fresh garden tomatoes, capers, fresh basil and various seasonings; quinoa, salad, and lotsa French bread to soak up the pan sauce from the fish.
