Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

This was last night but....... Dutch oven whole Muscovy duck, fresh Mustard Greens from the garden, homemade wheat mac n cheese, flat bread on the side and some local Duplin wine to wash it down.

The duck wasn't carved, we got side track'd and it fell apart in the oven.

MJ that looks fantastic!! Last night we had a Football Banquet so we had potluck. Tonight is meatballs and gravy over egg noodles. I have leftover gravy from the roast I made on Sunday so this seemed like a good way to use it up!

Oh and I baked Scotcheroos this morning!

I don't think I've ever had a Scotcheroo. What is that?

Basically it is just an Oatmeal cookie with butterscotch chips! The recipe is usually on the back of the bag of chips. Really yummy!!!

Soup & sandwich. (I am tired). Very glad I cooked a couple of extra steaks the other night. So, it'll be steak sandwiches and Vegetable Florentine Soup.
