Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Ken needs to start an account here to keep an eye on you.

I'm kind of following Stephanie today. I've got an abundance of veggies that really need to be used. Since I made a big pot of minestrone last week, stir fry it is! Finally cooking those cockerels I butchered last week, I'll pull the meat and use it in the stir fry. The carbers can fix some ramen to round off things.

Hey, he was slow! I got some on my baked potato, which was the only place I really wanted it, then slipped the little paper packet into my purse. Then later he asked for my phone to show one of the guys how much progress Kendra has made (she's a Shrine kid) and the stoopid packet of salt had stuck to the back of my phone. Yeah, busted.

Blooie, i reckon you need some of that low sodium salt - then bin that rubbish and fill it with the real stuff - job done!

Now there's an idea I can handle! That doctor demanding that I give up salt, red meat, salt, any fats, salt, caffeine, salt, and smokes all at once is just trying to drum up more business - because trying to do it all at once will kill me!!

In reality trying to do it all at once may be a prescription for failure. Quitting one thing at a time (one day at a time) and tapering off on the others may be more realistic. Quitting the smokes (Dr George thinks) should be your primary objective. Cut back on the rest and every now and then give yourself a little reward for being good.
