I'd thought to do pizza tonight, as it was my first day back to work. But it just didn't sound good, so it's zucchini casserole.
 
Last night was Chicken Fried Steak, gravy, short grain rice(calrose sushi rice) and steamed yellow squash.
 
Last night I finely chopped up a ton of parsley with some fresh sage, rosemary, thyme, and salt, then stirred in enough olive oil to make it kind of pasty and stuffed it under the skin of a half turkey breast. My husband grilled it on the Traeger. Yum! Served with leftover cold rice salad and some roasted brussel sprouts.
