Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Tonight is home made pizza!

The dough for the crust has been raising in plastic bags since this morning--trick to make the crust taste like it is from a pizzeria.
 
Last night was halibut, crusted with panko, lemon zest, lemon juice, butter, and parmesan and baked until crispy and golden. It was fantastic. Served with my own riff on ratatouille and a salad of micro greens dressed in olive oil and lemon juice.

I had a dream last night that I served BLT with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach for supper.
