I used to use crushed flax seed a lot as a crust on meats and fish. I may have to get some again.
I mix up two tablespoons into a glass of water and drink that most evenings. It cut my Triglycerides from 300s to low 100s. It also lowered bad cholesterol. regular cholesterol was not bad
 
Having lots of pissed off here had not heard from roofer .. called them oh he said he was going to call Riiiiggghhht .. next week now .. Do I call Roof Doctor do it this week you get it?
