I used to use crushed flax seed a lot as a crust on meats and fish. I may have to get some again.
I mix up two tablespoons into a glass of water and drink that most evenings. It cut my Triglycerides from 300s to low 100s. It also lowered bad cholesterol. regular cholesterol was not bad
