Tonight I will make barbecued chicken, mac and cheese, and mashed maple/butternut squash. Hope that the Princess will provide a salad.

Change in plans. Evidently the Princess thought I was making chicken paprikas - no time for that so I froze the chicken. Thawed some meatloaf and will have that in place of the barbecued chicken.

I generally have meal sized portions of meatloaf with gravy frozen. It's my go to for a quick meal or a meal change.
