Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Yesterday was homemade sausage we had packed in the freezer. It was delicious. I realized we made it a but lean though, which is healthier but not the same taste and texture. Still very good though. It was lightly smoked too before packing which added nice flavor.

Had that sausage on buns with a kale salad and fries.

Okay admit we turned the oven on after the meats where ready so nothing cooking at the same time .. But always love how we make them so good ... 2 packages of bacon 1 lb each crumbled on salsa from Nachos Mexican restaurant added to chicken and crumbled bacon
