Sweet and sour pork, fried rice. Blue bunny ice cream for dessert.

Today was Robbie/Robert'/Robbie/Bob-Bobbie's 11th birthday. Yep, at one time he used all those plus several other variations to name himself. Why can't that kid be normal like his Pa? Anyways, supper for me was hot wings and a salad - feeling a bit of a burn right now.

Well, it's Monday and my guys seem to feel that means it's Cheep Chicken Night. I'm fine with that--no cooking for me!

Tonight we will eat pork loin 'Adobo', fresh beets, cabbage and mashed potatoes.

Last night was Papa Murphys.

Tonight is Farmhouse chicken. I'm excited to see how it turns out. I usually make the creamed chicken part from a roux, but tonight I broke out my brand new #10 can of Augason Farms cream of chicken soup mix. I'm just finding shortcuts are my friend right now---but it's still gotta taste good!

The cream soup mix last night was pretty darn good!

Tonight is Chinese food. Back to the hospital next week and I told the guys we'd go out to eat once before I left.

Lemon pepper grilled trout, mashed potatoes with gravy, cole slaw, and lima beans - Cracker barrel did the cooking tonight.
