Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Left over pork roast sliced into medallions, butternut squash, fried cabbage, mozzarella/tomato/lettuce salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The Princess took me out for breakfast, and she paid.

Last night was chicken enchiladas. One of my favorite meals!!

Tonight will be a chuck roast pressure cooked with a mushroom gravy, mashed taters and whatever veggie I have. maybe fried cabbage.
 
Any leftovers for me?

I wish! With a husband and two teenage boys, leftovers are a thing of the past for me. I've had to re-plan how I cook--I used to do planned leftovers--now those get eaten as a snack! I'm threatening to put a lock on the fridge in the garage and make it Mom's Only
