I made turkey sausage gravy over biscuits with broccoli cheese type casserole that didnt turn out but was edible enough. Got a chicken defrosting in the fridge for tomorrow or wednesday. If I can clean the kitchen.....again ....I may just make some funnel cake later.


OH I forgot about the deviled eggs I made earlier...oops, better get them out now.

Last night hubby had bean nacos with onions and jalepenos, daughter had.....well she sort of ate all day (first day of spring break here) and I ate a pulled pork sandwich. We had canned the pulled pork about a month ago.....it was great for a lazy supper when everyone ate at different times!

I'm here getting ideas for tonight!!!!

I didn't plan ahead enough. I do have two roasts in the crockpot (deciding if I should invite in laws over

Not quite corn beef, lol! I'll probably peel some potatoes and try to squoosh them in there, and maybe make some carrots with butter and brown sugar.

I always like to have a dessert if we have company over (try not to have dessert every "normal" night...hate to see what I'd look like then!

I have a gourmet *box* of brownies lol! But I'd like to make something a little more homemade....maybe I'll cruise through here and get some ideas.

BB- I made homemade chili yesterday too! Although mine had TONS of roast beast chunks and italian sausage. It was VERY good!

We will be gone most of the day as DGD is in the county science fair. With all that has been going on in my life right now, I forgot that today is St. Patty's Day. I guess I could make some broccoli to go with something. I was going to get out the leftover spaghetti sauce, oh, well, maybe tomorrow. DGD won't even be home until around 8PM. Maybe I'll just do some kind of casserole.OOOH!! I just remembered this wonderful salmon and broccoli casserole I make. I think I'll make that.

My Mom got moved out of ICU yesterday!! Thanks for all your prayers!!

Glad to hear your Mom is out of ICU, cknmom ...that is great news! Still sending prayers for a complete recovery ..and going home!

I still have some Cod here ..never did have Fish Friday (stupid head) ...so I think I'll try a new recipe I found, recently. I need quick and easy ...a long day ahead of me with Rescue stuff

We had beef fajitas, homemade scallop potatos, and ranch style beans with sweet tea. Also some good pace picante to go with the fajitas!!!!
