Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Tonight we had pork chops on the flat iron with soup beans and fried green beans.

If you've read my posts the last few months you'll know we eat soup beans about once or twice a month. We just like them I guess.

Fried green beans is something else we enjoy, although it's been a while since we made them so not sure I posted about them before. We slice up a few strips of bacon into about 1/2" wide pieces, fry that in a skillet with sliced onion (actually left the onion out today by mistake), and then dump green beans in (we use half a bag of frozen green beans usually, but fresh are best and canned will work). Add salt, pepper and garlic powder (we use garlic powder as much as salt or pepper around here) to taste and it's done.

I have Dijon's mustard and spicy brown .. I wrap very thin dough around all beef dogs a basic yeast dough rolled very thin BF loves his baked beans over his dogs the Son his are standard
