Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

I haven't popped in here in a bit. Great to read about all the delicious meals.

I am hoping to get home today from aside job in time to grill some very nice inch thick porterhouse steaks we pulled out the freezer yesterday. Roasted broccoli or sauteed green beans with them. Maybe some potatoes or just a quick salad too.

Doc told me cut back on red meat and eat more greens and healthy fats (olive oil, fish and such) - cholesterol is a little high. At least I'm getting the greens in. We can avoid red meat again tomorrow.

Adding some fiber from flax powder or kirkland optifiber(benefil) which is a wheat dextrin fiber will help too.
