Al pastor tacos the other night.
Italian beef sandwiches yesterday.
A nearby grocery store sells great taco meat and their deli is excellent. They slice the beef and give you a quart of au jus free.

I get the beef from the deli sliced thin and served on rolls from the grocery store bakery. Baguette would work too. If your deli doesn't supply au jus, just mix a quart of water with a packet of dry onion soup mix and two beef bouillon cubes. Boil that and drop the beef in piece by piece. Let the beef cook for about 1 minute just and pull out onto your roll. Add cheese, peppers and whatever else you like. Then do a Chicago thing and dip the whole sandwich back into the pot off au jus quickly before serving.
