Doing a Ham bought yesterday .. Who know of the old Cash and Carry for business's. They are open to everyone now and it right close to Costco.

Air fried pork chops

DW does an excellent air fried breaded pork chop. It's been a while since we had those.

Not sure what dinner will be today just yet.

We have been making the air fried pork chops a couple of times a month.

The ones I make are breaded with parmesan cheese

Funny the Son does not care for parmesan cheese but make pesto with it. If I use it cooking he has it no problem this Son is 38

I make a lot of Gluten Free food since my Youngest DD is gluten intolerant.
