Sirloin steak. Browned in an iron skillet, then covered with sliced onions, a few pats of butter, Worcestershire sauce and a little water then in the oven at 325 for 21 to 23 minutes. Turns out medium and it’s easy and tasty. Maybe rice and of course veggies.
 
We were supposed to make chili. Ended up having frozen pizza though.

DW and I got caught up setting up an aquarium a friend gave us. My filter kept seizing up. Turned out there was some crud around the propeller shaft. Easy fix, but took way longer than expected to resolve.
