We did ravioli in brown butter with garlic and herbs a week or two ago. Delicious!

Tonight is lasagna. I'm not cooking though. Going to my sister's.

I was getting a little nervous here….contractor came over to finish up some trim and level out two pan drawers I’ve been having a little trouble with but I needed my kitchen to get my pasta rolled out. We found a working solution. (Now he wants me to make a big batch of ravioli - he’ll pay!)
