Fried chicken
Steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Noodles
Corn bread

Yummy!

I ended up making cheesy potato hamburger helper at dd request, corn, and garlic bread. I could hardly to that right.

I have not decided just yet. I will keep watching and maybe one of you will inspire me! It is finally starting to warm up here in Montana so I am trying to switch gears to a lighter menu. I know that doesn't explain last nights mashed potatoes and gravy. does it?

I have a box of HH in the cupboard, just in case. When DH and I first got together, that was his speciality

Now I 've got him making me Eggs Benedict, Prime Rib, Guacamole and a wonderful Scallop and Pasta dish. I do most of the cooking but his Recipe Box is growing! He enjoys doing it to give me a day off once in a while. Hes the best

Now I 've got him making me Eggs Benedict, Prime Rib, Guacamole and a wonderful Scallop and Pasta dish. I do most of the cooking but his Recipe Box is growing! He enjoys doing it to give me a day off once in a while. Hes the best

I have a cold and just have not been feeling well yeaterday was better then the day before and I slept all the way through the night so it is getting better....I buy them when on sale are kids are older and sometimes I am gone and dh likes it too it is easy for them to make or if I don't feel like cooking I had them for a while now and keep hearing how they just sit there why get more.

I am glad you are feeling better. I really think HH is a great thing to have around. I have had the same box now for well over a year but there will be a day when DS has a friend spend stop by when I don't have time to cook or I am not feeling well. I am sure it will come in handy some day.

Last time I made Veggie pizza I made 2 and froze one. Well DS called and he is spending the night in town and DH called and he is hanging out with a friend for a while after work. So I am going to have pizza and if there is any left he can finish it
