Last night I high heat roasted a big turkey wing: cut off the wing tip, seasoned the rest with P. Prudhomme's Poultry Seasoning and Adobo seasoning, browned it in a little oil in a cast iron skillet, then baked at 425 for about 30 minutes. Oh my word, it was delicious! The wing is my favorite part of a turkey anyway - so I'll be buying more wings! Oh, and some steamed broccoli for a veg.

(glad there wasn't anyone around to see me chompin' down on those wing pieces - LOL)

DH and the "herd' had chili cheese dogs with all the fixins', carrots, celery and cauliflower with ranch dressing for dip and home fries.

I had a bowl of noodles, no butter, parmesan cheese

(my gallbladder and pancreas are acting up again) and this always seems to be a meal that stays in.........

Last night was brauts and mac n cheese. I couldn't eat the brauts though, my jaw is still sore and I can't chew.

Tonight, DGD and I are going to make homemade raviolli!!!
We'll have that with salad and wine, maybe I'll make some foccocia or something also.

well I was going to make pea soup but I was so tired from the chickenstock and the 2 hr ride each way and putting the new chickies in temporary housing and getting my baby lionhead bunny all set. I'm pooped.
So I had left over chow mein and DH had seafood chowdah from the grocery deli with crusty bread.
tomorrow will be pea soup

I actually wrote chowder and then looked at it and said "that just aint right" had to change it. Yeah Jim and I have talked about the accent thing before.I knew he was from new england before I looked at his avatar cause he said something was wicked awesome!

...and seasoned fries (oven style).

I used my new Bragg seasoning ..it has seaweed... in the ground and it was surprisingly good. Bragg doesn't have preservatives in it and it's a salt alternative, too. In other words, it's migraine friendly
