lots of rest and warm drinks! About all I can do. I've had to force my temperature down a few times when it exceeds 39.5CHow are you treating it?![]()
the couch has become my favourite place lately!Ugg, that sucks. I know when I got it, I was pretty much down for the count. Don't think I moved much from the couch that week, even to sleep and change. Animals were out of the question, thankfully I has someone that could help. Makes me glad I still had a.pretty mild case
Hope yours isn't as rough as mine was.

I also took aspirin until I was getting crazy nose bleeds. I was sick badly for a week and then was halfway there by another week. So sick about two weeks. However I was still able to work, I wfh. The flu I had in 2010 was much much worse., I was basically bedridden for a week.lots of rest and warm drinks! About all I can do. Oh yes, I also took Mucinex, generic brand.
Do you have miso paste? That would make a good vegan option for soup, it's loaded with b vitamins and minerals, also raw sauerkraut and kimchi would be great for your recovery as well.I dont think I have any of those!
