Hehe, yeah, riding a bike is a common thing for us, at the age of -i think- 3 or something, we learn to ride a bike..
Maybe that’s why we don’t get our driver’s license at a very young age? Lol, i got mine when i was 29..

Wow! In the USA, people here are averaged 15 or 16 to get a driver's permit.

Over here you can do the theoretic part when you’re 16, and the driving exam at 18..
I know, i was a bit late lol

Great intro, loved reading it... I think it was New Years 95, my family and I brought in the new year at a friends place in a small town in the Netherlands. It was a wonderful time. Loved visiting.

Bonjour Nathalie and welcome from France! Where in the Netherlands are you? My eldests (17.5) gf lives there and he heads to Reuver most holidays (luckily there are cheap flights from Bergerac to Rotterdam!) when she doesn't come here (she is in nursing school so generally only comes in the summer). Glad you found it - sounds like you sure are having some chicken adventures!

I live in “Son and Breugel” (haha, i know, that must sound a bit weird, btw, “Son” doesn’t stand for “son” in english tho, not sure where it stands for).
I grew up in Eindhoven (where the soccer club PSV is) but moved in with my hb here, about 4 years ago.
Reuver isn’t that far from here, i think it’s about 45 mins drive, close to the German borders.

Yeah i sure do have some chicken adventures! Hehe, can’t wait to share them, but i’m also looking forward to all of your stories

What a nice intro! I love how she just showed up at your house! If I was a chickens and just showed up at someones house..I would want to show up at yours..you sound like a good chicken mom!
