upstate NY an hour north of Utica
We are Tracy and Wendy Hand from upstate NY we have 16 Production red hens @ 18 weeks old and 1 RIR Rooster who is about 19 weeks.
we are enjoying them so much, getting ready for our first eggs as the combs are getting big and red, but they aren't squatting yet.
We have learned soo much from searching the threads on this site! and look forward to learning more.
 
Hi Tracy and Wendy, welcome to BYC! You're right, there is a lot to learn and this in an excellent place to do that. Have you read any of the articles under the Learning Center tab? Lots of helpful information there, especially when starting out:
