Carrow smiled proudly between the two. She then glanced to the window again, before looking back to Jackie. Her smiled dimmed a bit. She wishes he could help Jackie.

Scar snarled at her when she looked,and showed her her claws.

Carrow went over to Morgana and sat down beside her. "Hey, we'll figure a way out of here. One way or another. The odds are in our favor. We out number them, after all." She said softly.

Orson went to Kristen and nodded at her mental question. "Yes, my heart. But this time, I'll be the one to give her a surprise. That is, if she's still lurking inside there." He thought to her as he lead the way out the front door. He almost immediately started calling forth a power orb. Once he was done, he nodded to Kristen to open the portal. That way he'd be ready for an attack and strike first.

Jaxon, Garth and Aeval flocked to the window, in order to watch the two of them work together as a team. Aeval gasped at the swirling blue ball in Orson's hand.

Falkirk followed Star's lead, he changed into a simple tunic and pants. He moved to one side of the bed and pulled back the covers enough to slip beneath. He smiled softly to her as she scooted over closer to her and laid back against the pillows. After a hesitation of awkwardness, he gently searched her thoughts to see how she wanted him to hold her while she slept. He then held her lovingly as he kissed her tenderly before closing his eyes. "Until tomorrow, my beloved mate." He replied softly.

Xatia chuckled lightly at Shaylee's statement. As did a few of the others. "Oh, how right you are about that." She agreed.

Navar now understood why so many. He nodded understanding at Kellan's admission. "Thank you for sharing this with me. I know you didn't have to." He said as he looked to Maxton as he withdrew his hand and walked over to stand in front of Xavier.

"I would caution you against attempting to attack us. I assure you, you will greatly regret it." Maxton explained simply to Xavier. He noted his look of wonderment. They hadn't bothered with their glamours yet, so he saw him in his fey glory. Certain fey, had to isimulate to look mortal with glamours.

Xavier nodded quietly as he took in Maxton's strange, yet ferocious features.

Maxton didn't much like the bold scrutiny, so he turned and walked away, "Good, I'm glad we have an accord." He said flatly.

Kristen followed him, moving ahead to open the portal then standing out of the way. She would let him go in first, but she wouldn't be far behind.

Starr smiled and settled in his hold as she let sleep overtake her as well.

Shaylee nodded then looked up at a portal openong, moving back to the others to be ready for whatever came through.

His two colored eyes focused on Xavier with anger and hatred. Without out hesitation, he sent the orb flying. Xatia spoke in fey and disbanded the orb to release its stored power. A flash a white hot light pulsed, before Xatia absorbed its power within herself.

Cicero ran forward and stopped by Xatia. He growled deeply at the newcomers and their attack.

Orson roared back his rage at being denied his vengeance. Stepped in front of Kristen to provide cover for her. He knew their language to be fey and figured Racine had sent them with Xavier to capture them again.

Maxton spoke with authority, "Halt! We are from Anstopfia. We are not in league with this Markus. Non are we affiliated with this warlock. We happened upon him, moments ago. Stand down, Oilin. We will not harm you, but we can't allow you to harm us either."

Orson looked to the closed portal and tried to open it again, to no avail. He knew then, they were out matched magically. He shifted and lowered his head for physical combat. He was relieved to feel the weight of his antlers upon his head. He was going to need them.

"How can they be oilins, their kind vanished long ago." Shaylee asked quietly then looked to Xavier herself "And why are they so angry with you warlock?"

Kellan shifted to his manticore. "Stay behind me Navar." He said quietly

Jackie frowned and looked around, grabbing a bag then heading out to where the portal had been, followed by Ember. They would move to the side a little before Jackie would try to open the portal
