Cadeon smiled blissfully at Ember and took her hand to walk further into her library. As he looked at the shelves and read a few of the titles, he stopped suddenly. "Ember, some of these are first editions." He replied with shock.

Sandor stepped in and looked around. He felt the water as he cup some in his hand and brought it to his lips. "Oh, that water is good. I don't care what the label their bottled waters, it tastes nothing like this. This is spring water right here." He said with appreciation as he stood up and wiped his hand on his pants leg.

She was missing Ender so much already, it was a physical ache. But she came out of her mind as the doors were opened for the royals to come in. Leading them was prince Jatevt (Falkirk's father ) carrying the book of mandates and covenants. He set it upon the table and unlocked it. He then thumbed through it to find king's Kaerft's additions. He bowed to her as he waited for the others to fill the room.

Pariah opened the portal in the inner mountain tunnel. They'd need the larger elevator and she wasn't risking the little miss getting any ideas about running for it. She stood proudly and watched as the carried a sleeping Shaylee into the freight elevator. She followed the two holding Danika and entered in the code to go down.

"Yes, they are" Ember said, turning to look at him then the shelves again and smiling as she picked one out "I was there for when they first came out, so I bought them to read then added them to my library."

Rana nodded and smiled "The purest it can be, never touched by anything but the mountain and the sun." She replied, going over to get a ladle to dip some out and take a drink herself.

Jason nodded then held out a hand to her "Would you like to talk to Garth and the others we have freed? Or you could stay here if you want, though I do not recommend that."

Aaran smiled and moved to give her a kiss on the cheek "You tease me, I tease you." He said then sat back and picked up a piece of bacon to eat, looking back to her with a wink and a smile.

"That sounds wonderful" Starr replied and smiled happily. "And if anyone says anything about us being in the same room, then we can say you joined me for breakfast." Not a lie, but not the full truth.

Sorcha looked to the other royals as they came in, sitting back a little then looking to the book they opened in front of them. She determined to herself to have a talk with both Ender and the prince and see what could be done. They couldn't let Avalon go mad from being separated from her soulmate.

Danika tried to drag her feet or anything to not go in that small metal room with all of them. That was scary enough without having Shaylee unconscious and unable to help her. At least she was out of the void and could feel the earth around her again, it's absence had not been fun either. She wasn't a match for even one of the gargoyles though, so two was more than it would take to keep her going where they wanted, and now that was in this box and going down. She was panting from fear and being unable to run and was already rubbing her arms raw where she was being held by the stone creatures.

Carrow watched as Willow backed away and then turned to run out of the store. She instantly felt regret fill her. She finished getting things and checked out. She dumped the groceries in the trunk and got in the drivers seat. She waited for Cole to get in , before starting the engine. They picked up their breakfast order, before heading back to the hotel.

As the elders royals stepped to the front of the gathering, Avalon gave Prince Jatevt the floor. He bowed slightly and cleared his throat to begin. He tells started reading out the mandates that the late king Kraeft had implemented, so they were all fresh in their minds. Then the process of amending or completely throwing them out, would take place after. Avalon calmly poured both herself and Sorcha more tea. This was going to take some time.

He smiled and asked, " Did you want to render this fountain to paper or perhaps we could seek a different one?"

"Hm. Well, I suppose I could quickly sketch the fountain. It is very beautiful, and would make a good drawing." She said. Though she didn't really want to bore Cicero with drawing.
