The Thesteral bolted skyward and landed next to Navar, dirt flying everywhere. Sirène covered her face. "Hello." She said to Amar, but inhaled some dirt and coughed.

Navar looked at Amar alarmed. These Thesterals were dangerous. Her hand was still weak. He helped her down off its back. "Hello again." He said with a chuckle.

Taylor stood up, shifted, and went to the kitchen,"Can I help?" She smiled.

Nashton came out of the kitchen and snagged Taylor's arm. "No, you'll just shift and break dishes. Let's go to the guest bedroom and work on your shifting. Okay? " He said.

Zypher watched Nashton leave the room with Taylor. He sighed softly, but then noticed Anna watching him. He smiled sweetly at her.

Luce took the dishes from Cadeon and Jason. "Thank you, guys. That’s sweet of you to help." She explained nicely.

Cadeon nodded as he went back out to Ember. He sat back down by her.

Arran nodded vigorously to what Angela said. She stood up and waited for her to shift, before putting her gently into the bag.

Zypher watched Nashton leave the room with Taylor. He sighed softly, but then noticed Anna watching him. He smiled sweetly at her.

Anna blushed a little but smiled at him. She didn't mind being caught watching him. They were safe here after all, so she didn't need to be so on guard. "Oh, I figured we could get some potted plants to line up beside the big windows to block any telescopes but keep the view" She said thoughtfully

Jason let her take the plates but moved to help her by rinsing and stacking the dishes to dry after she washed them. "Anna and I would always get stuck washing dishes, we would switch off, one wash the other rinse"

"Thank you" Ember said gently and smiled at him then leaned her head against his shoulder.

"Bye" Angela said and smiled at the two mythicals then shifted so she could be put in the bag again to be snuck back to her room

Azure heard nothing under the water, her eyes still close as she remembered every small detail the beach. Picturing herself swimming through the water, and that getting caught had only been a nightmare.

As Xavier walked closer, Degan shifted into his winged lion form. He roared his rage and flapped his massive wings. He the sheathed and unsheathed his sharp claws, threatening.

Xavier shook his head, "You never learn." With a whisper and a flick of the wrist. It sent Degan across the room with his collar sparking violently as he hit the floor hard. Degan moaned out his agony. Xavier then walked over to the bathtub and started casting an immobilization spell on Azure. "Foolish shifters. Did you really think we weren't watching you? So kind of you, Azure. To reveal you little secret gift. This way is so much easier." He replied simply

Zypher smiled satisfied with her insight. He leaned over to kiss Anna. "That's a wonderful idea. More natural then draperies." He said lovingly.

Cadeon looked at at Zypher and Anna. Deciding to give them some privacy. He asked Ember, "Would you like a tour of the apartment? "

Luce smiled at him and nodded as she said, " Nashton always did the cooking. So I always did the dishes. Which is only fair. Thank you for helping me. It's always nice to have good company." She grinned up at him.

Arran waved goodbye to Vorsicht and Avenir. She left and walked back to Angela's cell. Arran was careful to avoid everyone else. When she got back to the cell, she froze as she looked at Markus sitting on the bed with one of the doves in his hands, cooing to it softly. Arran set down the bag slowly and got Angela out. But she held on to her. She cradled her to her chest gently.

Markus glanced over at Arran. He smiled sweetly as he got up. Still holding the male dove. "Imagine my surprise when I came in here, and only found real doves." He sneered at her. "So I had to entertain myself, the best I could. See that you never do this again or I'll put you in a cage with a hungry shifter, not of the dove variety." He said in a voice as cold as ice. He then released the dove to fly back to it's mate, as he walked out.

"Fine. Lets do this." She followed him, and glanced at Zypher and Anna. They were smiling at each other, and she wondered if they were dating.

Nashton tugged her arm to get her attention. "Taylor! Pay attention. You get distracted by the simplest things. Is your stomach feeling any better? " He asked as he walked into the first bedroom on the right.
