Where- Bumpy Road Ranch in Leona Valley, CA (about an hour from LA)

Time- 10am - 2pm
Events- Food and Drink will be for sale at the event or you are welcome to bring your own.
A Raffle will be held at 12:30pm (donated items are welcome and you will get 5 free raffle tickets for each donated item)
Birds and other poultry related items will be offered for sale

You are welcome to set up your own area if you have birds or other poultry related items for sale.

PLEASE remember this is a personal residence and NO other pets are allowed on the property. ALL birds must be CAGED while on the property. NO sick birds or birds that have been known to carry or have been exposed to a known illness are allowed out of respect for bio security for the property owners and the other birds there for sale.

I am new to the forums but have been lurking around on here for months. We are into our first year with a small flock of three and loving it so much we have spent the week upgrading our coop to a mansion in hopes of adding to it. I was curious if anyone in the Palmdale/Lancaster area knows of anyone that has production hens or close to production available to purchase. We loved having the babies but we would much rather add some girls between 4months to a year. If any one has any leads feel free to PM please

Thanks! I called them today and all they have are Reds. I was hoping to get a bit of a variety to add to my two Barred's and an Ameracauna. I did find someone in Quartz Hill on Craigslist that I may check out but I am slightly skeptical just because I want to make sure they are healthy. Thanks for the help.

from the San Diego high desert. Check on Cragslist using the key word ullept. Thats about the age range just about ready to lay eggs or have been laying only a month or two. And if you find something. Then make sure you quarantine for a couple of weeks to safeguard your existing hens.

Well I found some girls and picked them up today. Two Wyandottes, a Barred and what I am assuming is a Delaware. They are under quarantine and getting use to having an actual coop they can roost in verses the dirt run. I will be sure to post pictures tomorrow since I am unsure of their age. I am guessing between 16 and 20 weeks but I could be completely off. Their combs and wattles are very small so.....best guess. Thanks for everyone's help!
