Hmm...DH found a rubberband INSIDE an egg! PIC ADDED to post #22!

i have found nice size pebbles in mine before of course i dont eat if i find something in my eggs so i guess a rubberband is possible

My EE took my ear ring out of my ear yesterday as I bent down to pick up an egg,I would be so happy if it was in one of her eggs,if she lays eggs not sure who is laying and who is not.I`m not 100% shw swallowed it it may have fallen in the beddng I did look but it was a lost cause in the hay and savings.

Think maybe someone overheard a conversation... ?

Joe says, "What's Up?"

Jim says "Chicken Butt!!"

and mistook it... maybe didn't realize it was two people... instead thought both ran together as one question... ?

Your picture does look a lot like pieces of a tapeworm. They are the consistency of rubber bands, the colour too. They make their way into all parts of the human body, brain, stomach, etc. I would look at it under a microscope or bring it to a vet if I were you. Tapeworms can be very dangerous, especially if you ingest them.

The picture is hard to tell, but in person, it is definitely a rubberband and NOT a tape worm (or any worm for that matter). It has the rectangular cross-sectional shape of a rubberband, torn ends consistent with other torn rubberbands, elastic wear not weathered and where it is weathered, it is consistent with the dried, cracked rubberbands (like those we find in our drawer...tucked way in the back!
