Hole in a fertilised egg

Hey guys my grey orpington is sitting on 3 eggs and when it left the coop to get a drink and bite to eat we noticed a hole on 1 of the eggs!we had trouble in the past with birds eating our eggs!will that have killed the chance of a chick hatching from it?she won't leave the coop at all now!so I hand feed her and left a saucer for her to drink from
