(iLikeMineFried, do you want Emily to talk to Helena? Helena used to be Dr. Mythe's assistant, but was fired for an unknown reason and is now stuck here as a resident. I just thought it could be interesting.)
(Sure! She can come in and talk to Emily. The door is unlocked!

(Okay!)
Helena got up from bed and left her room. She wanted to do something, so she could ignore her pain.
She had heard about a new girl named Emily, who was actually rumored to be related to Dean, and everybody said that there was something wrong with her, which made her curious. Helena liked knowing new patients, and so she walked (or to be more accurate, limped) to where she knew Emily's room was.

Approaching the door, Helena knocked and waited for a reply.

Emily was so engrossed in her book, she almost missed the knock on her door. She laid the book face down on the bed and wondered if Nurse Janette wanted another talk with her. She walked to the door and opened it expecting to see the nurse, but instead there was a woman she hadn't met before. Whoever she was, she was clearly in pain. "Hello" Emily said as more of a question than a greeting.

"Um, hello. I heard there was a new patient, and so I just thought I'd do the polite thing and greet you." Helena told her. "I used to be a nurse here, so it's mainly just a habit of mine."

After taking the ponytail holder out, Janette brushed her hair then plopped down on her bed. She picked up Left Behind to read, but couldn't focus very long. Emily and her past were running through her mind and nothing else could seem to break through. After several minutes of reading but not comprehending, she finally gave up and put the book down beside the picture of her parents. She rolled onto her side and stared at the framed picture, deep in thought, and before long she was asleep.

Emily wondered why a former nurse would be a patient here, and why she was in so much pain. "Hi. Are you okay?" Emily asked the woman.
(11pm, Time for me to catch some zzzs)

Helena nodded, "Yes, I am fine." She lied. "I just fell down earlier, still hurts."

(Okay, goodnight!)

"I'm Helena." Helena told her. "Are you enjoying your stay here so far?"
"Nice to meet you Helena" Emily said with a small smile. "I don't really like it here, but it's gotten better since Nurse Janette took over my case when Nurse Lidia was fired. Which nurse do you have?"
