You can use the Zote soap in the laundry aisle at most Wal-marts instead of the Fels-Naptha or really any bar soap you want to use. The Borax is usually also available at Wal-mart. They quit carrying the washing soda a couple years ago. Most grocery stores still carry it though.

Ginasmerans - your garden sounds wonderful! I wish I could do that much saving and eating from my garden! I'm definitely growing beans next year, my kids ate up all the ones catawbacoops gave us last week - and they want more! My daughter won't eat green beans from a can, but she'll clean her plate of fresh ones from the garden!
