Homegrown vs store bought

I just made scrambled and Fried eggs for super ... YUM!
I'm eating eggs ontop'a toast! Yumy!

I find that with homegrown eggs it is easier to make sunny side up eggs or fried eggs as the yolk is firmer and does not break. Store bought eggs don't work as well.

Yea that's the best part! There was a big write-up in Mother Earth News about all the added benefits of farm raised, free-range chicken eggs vs. those "other" eggs.

This is true. Blood cholesterol is a complicated mix of genetics and food. I eat whatever I want and have "textbook" perfect cholesterol, even though I'm over 50, according to my doctor and DH, bless his heart (literally), eats better than I and does have a problem with it.
