Homemade Coop and Run by old lady with no carpentry skills

Very nice!

For some reason when I saw "PBR" I thought it stood for "Pabst Blue Ribbon."

Then I figured it out. Much rather have your PBRs than mine.

I thought the same thing, Red, then the second thought I had was "Professional Bull Riders!" I guess there is no getting away from the fact that I was raised a redneck girl.

Great job on the coop. I also have a brother who helped me on my first coop (he was less enthusiastic than your brother, Gary.) I bet the two of you had fun and made memories as well as an awesome chicken coop! Welcome to BYC and let us know if you need anything. By the way, I'm in Tuscaloosa County, we're neighbors!

I think it turned out great!

We have a similar sized coop, and had the same struggle making the tractor too heavy. Yours looks nice and sturdy. Enjoy your chickens!

Beautiful!!!!

I'll tell you a little secret. I have 2 Pekin ducks I cannot tell apart, although all my winged friends have names. I just talk to them according to behavior. Captain Hook is always in front, and Ping is always lagging behind.

You can name them all, and call them by different names, and they will all still love you and Gary.

That's one nice looking tractor -> coop! You and Gary did a great job. If you don't tell anyone about your lack of carpentry skills, I won't ... because no one would ever guess, looking at that coop of yours. Congratulations!
