Homemade Wine

Just started 7 gallons of blackberry wine. YUM!!!

Hubster just gave the last of our dandelion wine out as gifts...

Anybody want to hand down any recipes? I can either do the 1 gal containers or a big 5 gal container. I tried strawberry wine earlier in the spring but it was very strong and not sweet like I wanted it to be. It did not taste like strawberries either. I did use wine yeast that I had bought from the wine making store. I would like to try some pear wine or if anyone wants to PM me a recipe, then whatever I can get for the 1gal sizes preferably so I don't wast too much money in case it doesn't turn out well.

I just started making wine and found this thread. I would love to have it start up again. I have 2 tea wines going and a cranberry wine. Once I know how they turn out I will post my recipes.
