Four weeks old now. We had three other bantams from that assorted bantam bin at a local small farm store that managed to get one shipment from Hoovers hatchery before they stopped sending chicks out.

All three passed away. This is the only one to survive. So sad.

I want to say it’s an OEGB but I’m not familiar with this color pattern.

Any ideas what breed and sex it is? Seems to act like a pullet so far.

The other chicks in the photos are similar age perhaps a week older. They are our own barnyard mixes. Rooster that sired them is either the Marans Deathlayer mix (Hans) or our White American Bresse (Screamer). The buff Orpington mix definitely has Hans feathered legs. Grey/Blue is likely prairie bluebell ever Bresse mix, other brown one is Easter egger mix.
