Hot day, rooster not drinking

Its about 22°C today and my rooster is panting due to the heat, im encouraging all my chickens to drink and ice given them frozen peas as a little treat but he's just refusing to drink when I offer

Just wondering if I should try giving him water via pipet so he at least gets some cool hydration?

Definitely need to give him some manually with syringe or such, hydration is important.
