Hot spots in Brower top hatch?

I have a brower top hatch that I have up and running. The temps were pretty stable for the first couple of days, but now I have hot and cold spots. one side of the incubator will show a temp of 104 and two other areas will be about 5 to 10 degrees cooler. I'm not sure what to do.

Is there anyway to put a little fan in it

I could try. It is supposed to have one in it already, but I'm thinking its not working...

Im surprised no one has answerd you yet I am shure I have read about people here who have them.

Well I took the incubator apart and put it back together. Now it seems to be holding temps fine. Wondering if I squished the fan when I put it together originally.

I have a brower top hatch and mine is pretty even heat. And yes it does have a fan built in. Possibly your fan was not working as you stated. JEN
