Hot weather, no freezing...watering cups or nipples?

Mahalo everyone. As suggested, I've decided to try the Rent-A-Coop nipples. We'll see how it goes!

I like these ones if the containers have thin plastic walls and I can get my hand through the top because these have a plastic nut on the back I can screw on by hand. This design stopped the occasional leaking I was having with reclaimed/recycled container waterers (Think thin clear plastic food containers). I was using the Rent-A-Coop side nipple version that just screws in, but the thin/flexible container walls weren't holding them well, and the taper on the Rent-A-Coop version wasn't helping either. I switched to these, and no more leaks!!!

I had one nipple faulty and this great seller sent me another four nipples as a replacement for the one faulty nipple at no charge! I have 3 extra spares if one fails at their cost, amazing!

Never tried Nipples so i can’t say how they work for my flock personally.
I use normal watering containers, i just swap it very often *more then once a day* because of the heat and bugs, i would hate for something like mosquitoes to lay eggs in there!

I cannot fathom changing water daily, bless you as you are a saint for your dedication on a daily basis for your flock! I have the system I have in place where I only have to check/maintain water once a month and there is no contamination aside from the slime that we are all dealing with.

I don’t know what nipples are when we talk about watering systems. In my country we have dumbbell water containers, regular bowls, and a thing with a button that the chickens press on with their feet and it fills with water. I use the dumbbell thingy. I fill it every day for 11 chickens, I place it on a couple bricks so it’s in the right height for them to drink. When I let them out, they also have regular water bowls in the yard.
I live in a hot humid place that never has snow.

Here are my horizontal nipples, I last filled my water tank a month ago and only had to refill it as I had to clean the water due to the excessive heat here. In cooler weather the 6 gallons of water it holds should last 2 months without having to refill it.

So strange. With us, there’s a small cup that’s filled when the chicken presses the button. How can your birds drink out of this thing?
