House Goose Thread

Hi Sebastopol's I have sold for house companion and I have a friend now who has a house goose from me named Oliver. He has become somewhat of a celebrity because my friend has written 4 children books about Oliver and some of his travels. He goes to schools and helps read the books and children and adults love Oliver. He is one awesome gander goose. Here are Leesa and Oliver the red diapered Sebastopol Goose... When he is in the classroom he usually is in Leesa's lap but does get down and visits with the children...

I am going to put a thread up where I stared about Oliver and Leesa. Next...

Hi Barb!
Thanks for sharing the story of my life with Oliver! We have been busy visiting nursing home, Christmas events and school this past December. We are getting bookings to read in the schools and libraries. We will have our own 6' x 6' showcase at our local library in March, so I have to think BIG for that display! Looking forward to putting something creative and eye catching! Here's one of my favorite videos of Oliver riding shotgun with me in the car.

This is one of my favorite videos of Oliver getting ready for bed.

Oliver is so precious, I especially enjoyed him gently taking the blue berries out of your mouth, and thinking about my gander doing that I'd be lip less. I don't think I'll try it. LOL Thanks you so much for sharing Oliver with us.

LOL! So far Oliver has been very gentle with blueberry kisses! He won't eat them if I'm wearing lipstick!
In this video Oliver "tests" his new Monarch butterfly wings!

Thanks for viewing!!!

RURU if I was to put butterfly wings on one of my geese inside they would take off through a window most likely, I cannot get over how precious Oliver is I am in love.

Miss Lydia I raised Oliver until he was 4 weeks old before I sent him to Leese. She was worried because he was 4 weeks old he would not bond with her. I said yes he will Leesa and he listens to what you say. He tired to get out of his container and I told him you stay in there and he did. So Oliver has always listened to what he is told.
Remember Miss Lydia Oliver is my beloved Sammie son......
