My Runner females play at mating and their Runner drake is right in the pool with them. so far no one has been hurt. It's just normal behavior.

I’m guessing what @Miss Lydia is saying that if drakes play mate, then hens play mate too. If drakes are more known to hurt each other, and, the 2 runners aren’t hurting each other, yours are probably not going to hurt each other. I would still watch them though.

As others have already said, this is absolutely normal duck sexual behavior. It's just what ducks do. @MillersFarm , @Miss Lydia have nailed it.

Ha ha! I I have lesbian ducks too.
4 hens and 2 drakes and the girls still take turns mounting each other anyway.

My hens double stacked and had a three some in the waterbowl. The one on bottom did not look very comfortable.
