Revisiting this I noticed the one long saddle feather in all 3 pictures which suggests all are of the same bird. I'm at a loss to understand why the OP would have presented these as 3 different birds when it appears they are not.
That said, he still looks like a very nice bird. His colouration is nearly perfect and type appears good as well. Impossible to know about size which could be important.
As to his tail end being high, it isn't. It appears that way because his head is down. Remember lever & fulcrum from physics class? Tip the picture so the back is level & you'll see he has a nice top-line.
