4 x 4 coop! How many standards?? How many bantams??

Anybody??? Please??? Going to Lowes tonight for supplies to start building new individual coops tonight for different breeds! Need to know how big each of my breeds needs before my husband builds these 4 x 4's!!!!!!!

At 4 sq. ft of coop space per chicken - you could have 4 standard size chickens - probably 6 bantams. How big of a run will they have?

The more room you have, the fewer problems you'll have with things such as feather picking and pecking each other. Everything is easier - and better for the chickens - when they have as much room as possible.

4 really big ones, if they are Campine sized maybe 6 and maybe 6-8 bantys.
