How can I add pages to an article without PFM?

I need to add a second page to my pheasant and peafowl care guide. How do I do that?

I just made a test article and did not see this option while in draft.

Save it as a draft and you will see it:

I don't see an option to add a page in draft mode.

Once it is published you should see this ADD PAGE button on the top:
