First check your state laws, I think this kind of thing is legal in only CA, then ask each egg nicely and see where it goes from there.

I like to call them at least a week in advance, I find out if they'd like dinner and a movie or perhaps a show. I get my car washed and my hair cut. Just like any other date I suppose.

If you have a lot of eggs ..print small labels ...they are cheap and easy and you can put more info on the label, just do not make it too big as that would hinder the chick breaking out. You can also color mark the egg and keep a note pad of the date that matches the color..water color works fine and is non toxic and fast
