how can you tell the gender of a chicken?

Here is one for you- i have no idea on the sex so i need some help (Ive been told by a few BYCer's that its a hen)
She/he is around 18 weeks old (POL). I think it's a Bantam White Leghorn(not entirely sure).



Yes he/she has spurs, but I've been told hens can have longish spurs to.







The one on top with a straight comb is the one i think could be a rooster. The one below with the back to us is probably female.

I think its a rooster because I have 2 in my coop that look exactly the same!

looks like a pullet and looks like she needs to be treated for leg mites as would everyone in the coop with her
