Announcement How Did You Find BYC?

I should have set this a LONG time ago!!

Now when peeps sign up for our wonderful community, they are required to enter HOW they found out about BYC. It looks like this:

...with these options:

NOTE: If you're editing your profile, you may be required to update this field. If you don't remember, just select "Something Else"
... you'll see an error like this:

"Oops! We ran into some problems.
How did you discover BYC (select one)?: Please enter a value for the required field."

Scroll down and make the selection, then save

When I first started researching quail it seemed like every query I had brought me to some thread or article here. So I joined.
