how do i convince my parennts to get me a chicken

you can explain to your parents that its a great way to make friends, have an after school activity and learn responsibility while doing something you love

Why not? How old are you? If you are in middle school, FFA should be a part of it if you use it as an elective.

If you want chickens it's either- 4-H or FFA for it to be legal in a prohibited city or town.

Guess you're fighting a losing battle then if your parents are against it any way, sorry
